摘　　要：研究了两种双层卷焊管加工工艺及主要特点,并分析其对冷轧钢带产品特性的要求。基于此,分别设计了两种专用的冷轧钢带产品技术。通过用户实际使用证明,较好地解决了用户使用端的问题,获得了较高的社会效益和经济效益。In this paper,the processing technology and main characteristics of two kinds of double-roll-welded（DRW）pipe are studied.Additionally,the demands that is required towards cold-rolled-strip-steel（CRSS）products are analyzed.Based on which,two special techniques of CRSS products have been designed.According to customers′feedback,the techniques have well solved the problems within client-sides,which has obtained high benefits both of the society and economy.
