摘　　要：高速高效离心式鼓风机由高速增速齿轮箱和鼓风组件组成,利用DEWESoft振动测试软件和PCB压电式加速度传感器,在鼓风机整机性能试验时进行关键零部件振动监测,以便实时观测关键部件的运行情况,及时发现系统的异常运行状态,迅速辨别鼓风机系统故障,及时排除安全隐患。A high-speed-high-efficiency centrifugal（HSEC）blower consists of high speed gear box and blower components.Based on DEWESoft vibration test software and PCB piezoelectric acceleration sensor,this paper performed the vibration monitoring of the key components in the process of entire performance test of the blower.In this case,the operation condition of key components could be observed real-timely so that abnormal operation status could be detected on time and system failure of the blower could be identified quickly.Therefore,the potential risk could be eliminated.
