摘 要:切刀更换作业是水下切粒机常规小修内容之一,当切刀由于磨耗变钝或损伤时就应当及时更换。为了实现切粒机的连续平稳生产,必须保证切刀更换作业质量,必须对切刀的安装和检测过程严格要求。在指出切刀安装时需要注意问题的基础上,重点介绍了一种准确度比较高的切刀端面跳动测量及数据处理方法,并给出了具体的测量实施和计算过程。此方法很好地克服了切轴窜动和表架松动对切刀端面跳动测量过程所带来的干扰影响,对提升切刀更换检修作业质量具有一定的实用价值。The replacement of cutter is conventional maintenance for submerged granulator.It is necessary to replace cutter when it is blunt or broken due to abrasion.In order to get the continuous production process,the operation of replacing and detecting cutters must be required in a strict standard.Noticing the considered problems of installing a cutter,this paper presents a method to improve the accuracy of measuring face deflection and processing data in details.This method effectively overcomes the interference effects caused by the axial movement and the loose measuring meter holder,and is of great practical value to improving the quality of replacing cutter.
