摘 要:分析了流花油田11-1FPSO生产系统发电机中的UPS因器件老化出现了逻辑控制板EPROM中数据存储脆弱、易丢失、无法拷贝复制导致输出直流电压过高且不受控、无法对负载提供正常供电并对电池组造成严重损害的情况,分别采用相应的硬件逻辑方法即外接电路修复EPROM内部程序,对系统进行修复。通过对新制控制板的调试、安装及测试,实现了UPS稳定的电压输出和各类保护、告警功能。Due to burning-in of the components,the UPS of the generators of 11-1 FPSO production system in Liuhua oil field suffered some problems,such as memory difficulty,data loss and unable to copy of the data in logic control board EPROM.The problems mentioned above caused a series of phenomena:the output direct current(DC)voltage was overtension and not controllable and failed to supply power to loads normally,in the case of which,the batteries are seriously damaged.Based on these conditions,this paper proposed a method to repair the EPROM internal procedures system according to hardware logic method.Therefore,debugging the new control board,the stable voltage output of UPS as well as the functions of protecting and warning have been realized.
