医护联合术前访视对全麻手术患者负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨巡回护士、手术医生及麻醉医生联合术前集中访视对择期全麻手术患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪的影响。方法 84例择期全麻手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组由手术室巡回护士进行常规术前访视。观察组由手术医生、麻醉医生及巡回护士组成的访视小组进行联合访视。结果观察组访视后焦虑自评量表(SAS)分度、评分、手术依从性及手术室护理满意度等方面均明显改善,明显优于对照组(P均<0.01),与访视前对比差异亦均有统计学意义(P均<0.01);观察组访视后血压及心率较访视前均明显降低(P均<0.01),降低幅度均优于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论医护联合集中术前访视可以降低择期全麻手术患者SAS评分、血压及心率,改善SAS分度,改善患者紧张、焦虑、恐惧等负性情绪,提高手术依从性及手术室护理满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of preoperative nurses,surgeons and anesthesiologists on the stress,anxiety,fear and other negative emotions in patients with elective general anesthesia. Methods 84 patients with elective general anesthesia were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,42 cases in each group. The control group received routine preoperative interview by nurses in operation room,and the observation group was visited by an operation doctor,an anesthesiologist and a visiting group of itinerant nurses. Results The grade and score of self-rating anxiety scale,surgical compliance and operation room nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly improved as compared to control group（ P 0. 01）,and compared with those before the visit,there had also a significant difference after visit（ P 0. 01）. The blood pressure and heart rate in observation group were significantly lower than those before the visit（ P 0. 01）,and the decrease degree was higher than those of control group（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The centralized preoperative visits of doctors and nurses can alleviate negative emotions of patients,improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of operation room surgery.
