康复治疗学的专业建设与发展研究

摘　　要：专业建设是人才培养的着力点,为保证康复治疗学人才培养质量,在专业建设和发展中绍兴文理学院结合地方需求,通过平台加模块课程设置、专业课程前置、强化能力培养等举措优化了课程体系;采用外引内养并重、双师型师资培养、教学研究结合,组建以胜任力为导向的师资队伍;通过整合资源、模拟临床场景、管理自主化等手段完成康复实训中心建设。学科建设和专业建设协同发展、学生参与专业建设、校际国际师生交流等方面也有实质性推进。Profession construction is the focus of talent cultivation. In order to ensure the quality of trainingfor the rehabilitation talents, Shaoxing University attempts to integrate into the local needs in the professionconstruction and development by taking steps in the platform ＋ module curriculum, in the fronting of profes-sional courses, and in the improvement of students’ ability for the optimization of the curriculum system.Combining the measures on attaching equal importance to external talents introduction and internal talentscultivation, on double qualified teachers cultivation and on the combination of teaching and research, a com-petency-oriented teacher team was built. Through the integration of resources, simulation of clinical scenari-os, and management autonomy, etc. , the rehabilitation training center was constructed. Additionally, asubstantial leap has been achieved in the mutual development of discipline construction and profession con-struction, the students’ participation in profession construction, and the international exchange betweenteachers and students.
