摘 要:为了提高船员对损管监控装置的操作能力,文中在船舶模拟训练系统中使用虚拟仪表仿真工具-GL Studio实现了损管控制台的高度仿真;同时在该系统中对GL Studio仿真模型构建外部数据通讯接口,使用基于UDP的实时数据交互技术与训练用监控系统数据服务建立通信,实现训练用数据的读、写与订阅功能。实践结果证明:监控软件能够实时接收外部发送的灾害信息并进行相应警报显示,用户能够实时观测灾害信息及操作反馈效果,在该训练场景下进行损管操作训练的船员能够获得更好的操作体验,更快地提高损管监控装置操作水平。To improve the operation a b ility ol the crew to the damage control device, in this paper, avirtual instrument simulation tool-GL Studio is used to build the simulation model ol damage control device in ship simulation training system. In addition, external communication interface to the GL Studio model is created in the system, which can communicate with data service ol the training monitor system by using real-time data exchange technology based on UDP, and the data for training can be read, written and booked. The experimental result shows that the users can monitor the relevant disaster alarm information and operational feedback in real time, and the response time of the simulation model is not higher than 200ms,the simulation training scene is more re a l,and the crew who is trained in the training scene can get better operating experience, that makes i t faster to improve the operating level for controlling the damage device.
