摘 要:建立机床主轴用角接触球轴承各零件体积的计算公式,先不考虑切下部分体积,根据零件特点对零件划分后分别计算各部分体积,减去切下部分体积即可得到各零件的体积,再计算轴承质量。以H7021C角接触球轴承为例,将理论计算方法与三维软件中零件的体积和质量进行对比,误差在允许的范围之内,理论计算方法可用于精确计算机床主轴用角接触球轴承轴承的体积和质量。The calculation formulas are built for each part volume of angular contact ball bearings for machine tool spindle. The volume of cutting-off portions are not being considered firstly. Each part is divided into several partitions according to characteristics of parts,the volume of each partition is calculated respectively. Then volume of cutting-off portions are subtracted,and the volume of each part is obtained to calculate mass of the bearings. Taking angular contact ball bearings H7021 C as examples,the volume and mass of part calculated by theoretical calculation method and 3 D software are compared,and the error is within allowable range. The theoretical calculation method is able to be used for accurate calculation of volume and mass of angular contact ball bearing parts for machine tool spindle.
