摘　　要：培养"双创"人才是高等教育肩负的重要使命。青岛大学高度重视学生创新创业工作,通过贯穿创新创业教育人才培养一条主线,构建了"通识教育+多元实践"三类课程组成的创新创业教育课程体系,以"实践训练—项目引领—竞赛激励—成果孵化—文化创新"五大创新创业平台为支撑,探索形成了独具特色的综合性大学创新创业人才培养体系,有效提升了学生创新创业能力。It is an important mission for higher education to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents,therefore Qingdao University pays high attention to the students' innovation and entrepreneurship. It utilizes all sources of talents and platforms to explore a workable pattern to achieve this goal. Taking innovative and entrepreneurial education as the masterstroke,it builds up on-campus and off-campus tutoring teams,sets up a threelevel course system containing general courses,skills courses and practical courses,establishes a steering system including practical training,project mentoring,activity guidance and innovative culture,and constructs an innovative and entrepreneurial education system consisting of relative courses,class activities,training,competition and achievement incubation platforms. All the above measures give a strong impetus to the work of the students' innovation and entrepreneurship.
