芬兰高校大学生就业指导模式及启示

摘　　要：为了提高大学生的就业质量,芬兰高校建立了独具特色的大学生就业指导模式。芬兰高校典型的大学生就业指导模式有职业课程模式、团体辅导模式和职业流动模式。芬兰高校的这三种大学生就业指导模式具有显著特点:注重对大学生隐性就业能力的挖掘;关注大学生终身的职业发展;多种就业指导形式相结合;关注留学生的就业指导。受此启发,我国高校的大学生就业指导应当在就业指导内容、就业指导形式、就业指导对象及就业指导的终身性等方面寻求整体突破,建构具有中国特色的大学生就业指导模式。In order to improve the employment quality of college students,the universities of Finland have established a unique pattern of career guidance for college students,such as,the curriculum for career model,group counseling model and the career flow model. The three kinds of career guidance models of the universities in Finland have the following characteristics: first,the attention is paid to the excavation of the hidden employment ability of college students; second,the attention is paid to the lifelong career development of college students; third,various forms of career guidance are used; fourth,the attention is paid to the career guidance of overseas students. Inspired by this,the career guidance of college students in China should seek the overall breakthrough in the content of career guidance,the form of career guidance,the object of career guidance and the lifelong nature of career guidance,and construct the career guidance model of college students with Chinese characteristics.
