摘  要:我国对外开放的新格局给外语教育带来了机遇和挑战,将供给侧改革的理念运用于高校外语专业教育改革之中可以不断优化其人才培养质量,并为其更好地适应社会发展,对接国家战略提供启示。本文结合供给侧改革提出的去产能、提质量、补短板等理念,指出我国高校外语专业可以从调整语种设置、规划区域和教育层次分布以及改进课程设置与教学模式上进行改革。当然,改革的具体措施需要结合实际科学设计,其最终目标在于优化高等外语教育的内部结构和人才培养模式,从而与社会经济发展形成良性互动。The new pattern of opening-up in China has brought both opportunities and challenges in foreign language education. The concept of supply-side structural reform can be applied to foreign languages education in universities to increasingly optimize the quality of talent and render some insight to adapt to the society development and nation strategies. This paper combines the concepts such as cutting overcapacity,improving the quality and addressing weak links to point that high foreign language education reform can be ranged in the parts of adjusting foreign languages offered,programming regional and educational level distribution,further developing the curriculum and teaching models. The goal of the reform is to optimize the internal structure of higher foreign language education and talent-cultivating modes,therefore constructing the positive interaction with social-economical development.
