护理干预对剖宫产术后肛门排气的影响分析

摘　　要：目的对剖宫产产妇应用护理干预对其术后肛门排气产生的影响进行探究。方法 1560例行剖宫产的产妇,根据护理方式的不同分为综合干预组和常规干预组,每组780例。常规干预组产妇采用常规护理服务模式,综合护理组产妇在接受常规护理服务模式的基础上同时接受综合护理干预。观察比较两组产妇的恢复正常饮食时间、恢复肠鸣时间、恢复排气时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果综合干预组产妇的恢复正常饮食时间(13.7±5.1)h、恢复肠鸣时间(25.5±8.2)h以及恢复排气时间(16.6±3.8)h均明显短于常规干预组的(23.4±6.7)、(29.9±15.5)、(39.1±6.4)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常规干预组共53例产妇发生不良反应,发生率为6.79%;综合干预组共13例产妇出现不良反应,发生率为1.67%;两组产妇不良反应发生率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产产妇应用综合护理干预能够缩短术后肛门排气时间,加快其下床活动时间,有助于提升母婴的生存质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative anal exhaust of cesarean section puerpera. Methods A total of 1560 cesarean section puerpera were divided by different nursing methods into comprehensive intervention group and conventional intervention group, with 780 cases in each group. Conventional intervention group received conventional nursing service mode, and comprehensive intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing service mode. Observation and comparison were made on normal diet recovery time, bowel recovery time, exhaust recovery time and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Comprehensive intervention group had normal diet recovery time as（13.7±5.1） h, bowel recovery time as（25.5±8.2） h and exhaust recovery time as（16.6±3.8） h, which were all obviously shorter than（23.4±6.7）,（29.9±15.5） and（39.1±6.4） h in conventional intervention group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conventional intervention group had 53 cases with adverse reactions, accounting for 6.79%, while comprehensive intervention group had 13 cases with adverse reactions, accounting for 1.67%. Both groups had statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention can shorten postoperative anal exhaust time, quicken off-bed activity time, and help improve quality of life of mother and infants.
