摘 要:为降低运输成本,提高集装箱班轮的运营效率,在集装箱班轮多港口配载优化问题研究中,建立以船舶稳定性为约束,整条航线倒箱量总和最小为目标的0-1整数优化数学模型,并利用改进的基于P-1位基因组染色体编码设计的自适应遗传算法求解.实例仿真验证了该配载方式的可行性和有效性.实验结果表明,与随机配载方式及基于启发式规则配载方式相比,该配载方式的基于船舶稳定性的配载计划在船舶运营安全性(GM)及经济性(倒箱)方面皆有显著提升.In order to reduce the transportation cost and improve the operational efficiency of the container liner,in the study of container liner multi-port loading optimization problem,a mathematical model of 0-1 integer optimization was established,which took the ship stability as the constraint,and minimizing the sum of inverted cases during the whole route as the objective,then,an adaptive genetic algorithm based on improved P-1 chromosome coding design was used to solve the problem. The feasibility and validity of the loading method were verified by the example. Experimental results show that compared with the random loading method and the heuristic rule loading method,the stowage plan based on ship stability of the proposed method significantly improves ship operation safety(GM) and economy(container shifts).
