摘　　要：CBE是以职业综合能力为基础的教育体系。它的基本特点是:以达到某一种职业的从业能力为教学目标。打破传统学科体系,以能力作为教学的基础。工业分析专业经过几年的实践,充分证明在CBE模式教学下,不同能力的学生不受时间和环境的限制,大多数学生能达到较高的成绩,并能由原来的"授之以鱼"达到现在的"授之以渔"效果。CBE is an educational system based on vocational comprehensive ability.It is characterized by targeting on obtaining certain working skills,breaking down traditional subject system and ability-orientedness.Years of practice of the speciality industrial analysis have fully proved that most students of different abilities can achieve higher grades using CBE model.Educators change their roles from importing knowledge to developing skills in students.
