摘  要:采用熔融共混方法制备了聚乳酸(PLA)/反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)和交联PLA/TPI共混体系,并采用超临界CO_2发泡方法对其进行发泡。通过拉伸测试、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试手段对比了PLA/TPI配比、交联剂的加入等因素对材料性能的影响。研究表明,TPI的加入提高了PLA的韧性,但对结晶和熔融影响不大。PLA/TPI和交联PLA/TPI均可形成闭孔泡沫材料,且交联体系的发泡倍率和发泡尺寸均大于非交联体系。随着TPI含量的增加,材料的泡孔尺寸变小,泡孔壁变厚,发泡倍率降低。The blends of poly(lactic acid)(PLA/trans 1,4 poly-isoprene(TPI)and crosslinked poly(lactic acid)(PLA)/trans 1,4 poly-isoprene(TPI)were prepared via melt-blending method.PLA/TPI and cross-linked PLA/TPI foams were prepared by the method of the supercritical carbon dioxide foaming technology.The influence of blend composition,function of crosslinking agent were studied with the tensile testing,differential Scanning Calorimetry(DSC)and the scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the addition of TPI improved the toughness of PLA and had little effect on melting and crystallization of PLA.Both PLA/TPI and crosslinked PLA/TPI system formed close-celled porous structure.And foaming ratio and cell size of crosslinking system were greater than non-crosslinking system.The cell sizes,cell wall and foaming ratio were reduced with the increase of TPI.
