摘　　要：Q角在膝关节相关疾病诊治及髌股关节生物力学研究中具有重要的价值,但目前对Q角相关问题仍有一定的争议,本文从Q角的基本理论出发,结合目前的研究进展,探讨Q角的相关问题及临床应用,为临床工作者提供一定的帮助和启发。Q-angle has an important value in the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint disease and patellofemoral biomechanical research, but the Q-angle related issues still have some controversy. This paper from the basic theory of Qangle, combined with the current research progress, explores the relevant issues and clinical applications of Q-angle, to provide some help and inspiration for clinicians.
