摘  要:该文研制了一种以负载Ir的MnO_2纳米材料标记前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)的抗体(Ab2)作为信号探针,在电极上固定上共价有机框架材料COF-LZU1,通过电还原的方法将Ag还原到COF材料的表面用来捕获PSA抗体(Ab1)的电化学免疫传感器用于检测PSA。所合成的MnO_2纳米材料具有比表面积大、多孔道等优点,有利于抗体的固定,增强了电化学信号。在最优实验条件下,此传感器的线性范围为0.01~150 ng/mL,检测下限为3 pg/mL,线性相关系数为0.9887。该传感器对PSA的检测灵敏度高,操作简便。该文研制的PSA免疫传感器可用于真实样品中PSA的测定。In this paper, a novel nanomaterials of MnO2 loaded with Ir was used to lable PSA antibody as a signal probe. Ag was electro-reduced to the surface of the COF-LZU1 modified-electrode to capture PSA antibody(Ab1).An electrochemical immunosensor was constructed and used to detect prostate antigen(PSA). The synthesized MnO2 nanomaterials have many advantages such as porous channel, large specific surface area and so on, which greatly improve the electrochemical signal. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this sensor is 0.01 ng/mL^150 ng/mL with the detection limit of 3 pg/mL and the linear correlation coefficient of 0.9887. The PSA immunosensor developed in this paper can be used for the determination of PSA in real samples. This immunosensor is easy to operate with.high sensitivity.
