摘 要:为客观准确地评估电力企业线损四分管理水平,提出基于AHP-CRITIC算法的线损四分管理后评估模型,利用层次分析(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)法和客观权重赋权(criteria importance through intercriteria correlation,CRITIC)算法相结合对评价指标进行主、客观组合赋权。该模型综合考虑了对比强度和冲突性,确保了主观信息和客观信息的完整性,避免了因过分依赖专家评判确定模型指标权重而具有较大主观随意性的弊端。最后通过实例分析,证明该模型能够有效地评估企业线损四分管理水平。In order to objectively and accurately evaluate four-division line loss management levels of electricity enterprises, this paper presents a post-evaluation model of four-division line loss management based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP)- criteria importance through intercriteria correlation (CRITIC) algorithm which uses AHP and CRITIC algorithm for subjec-tive and objective combination weighing for evaluation indexes. This model comprehensively considers contrast intensity and conflict, and ensures integrity of subjective information and objective information, which can avoid large subjective arbitrar-iness due to excessive dependence on experts determining index weights of the model. Finallyfectively evaluate four-division line loss management levels of electricity enterprises by actual example analysis.
