京津冀协同发展视阈下保定文化软实力建设

摘　　要：保定的文化构成十分丰富,资源优势比较明显,但在文化资源的保护、利用、开发、创新等方面仍然存在较大发展空间。京津冀协同发展上升为国家战略,对保定文化建设提出了更高要求,也将保定文化建设带入一个崭新阶段。在京津冀协同发展的广阔视野下,对保定城市文化软实力进行全面审视,对城市的文化定位、文化理念进行梳理,并在此基础上提出建设思路和解决对策,以期能适应政府职能转变的新要求,为保定软实力的建设与发展服务。The cultural composition of Baoding is very rich, and its resource advantages are quite obvious. But there is still much room for development in the protection, utiliza-tion, development and innovation of cultural resources. The coordinated development o f Jing-jin-ji is a national strate-gy, which puts forward higher requirements for the cultural construction o f Baoding and brings the cultural construction of Baoding into a new stage. Under the vision of coordinat-ed development o f Jing-jin-ji, conducting a comprehensive review of the cultural soft power of Baoding, combing the cultural orientation of the city, the concept o f culture, and the construction ideas and countermeasures are put forward, so as to adapt the new requirements of the transformation of government functions, and to service for the construction and development of the soft power o f Baoding.
