摘　　要：农村电商物流"最后一公里"是农村电商发展过程中普遍存在的问题,应用"互联网+"手段,对农村电商系统进行组织创新,增设农村物流快递专员,应用DISCUZ框架二次开发农村电商物流平台,并把这个平台应用到实践中,有效解决了农村电商物流"最后一公里"问题。＂The last kilometer＂ o f the rural e-commerce logistics is a universal problem in the development o f rural electricity, by using the Internet ＋ means, carrying on the organizational innovation of rural electricity system, adding the rural logistics express commissioner, using the DISCUZ framework to develop the rural electricity business logistics platform, and applying this platform to practice, ＂the last kilometer＂ o f the rural electricity logistics can be effectively alleviated.
