摘　　要：在对目前的咖啡壶包装充分分析和进行大量包装实验的基础上,设计了一种新型咖啡壶的缓冲包装固定装置,包括定型珍珠棉层,依次复合在定型珍珠棉层上的第一粘接层、缓冲珍珠棉层、第二粘接层和加强坑瓦楞纸板层。将产品顶部插入上缓冲固定板中,产品底部插入下缓冲固定板中,再将三者放入包装盒。这样整个产品六个方向都有缓冲固定板固定,防止外部冲击,很好地保护了产品外表面,保证运输过程中电器产品质量不受到影响。采用环保复合材料的新型缓冲包装固定装置,减少了包装材料用量,提高了电器产品保护强度,有一定的创新,取得了良好的经济效益,已获国家授权专利。Based on the full analysis o f the coffee pot and a large number o f packaging experiments, a new coffee pot cushion packaging fixing device is designed, including forming pearl cotton layer, followed by composite stereotypes in the first adhesive layer, pearl cotton layer on the buffer layer, second pearl cotton adhesive layer and hole corrugated board strengthening layer. The methods are as follows, insert the top o f the product into the upper buffer plate, insert the lower buffer plate in the bottom of the product, and put the three into the box. Thus, the six products o f the whole product are provided with a fixed buffer plate to prevent external shocks, and the outer surface o f the product is well protected. As a conclusion,the new cushioning package fixing device o f environment-friendly composite material can reduce packaging material consumption, improve electrical products protection strength, have certain innovation, and achieved good economic benefits. This design has won the national patent.
