摘 要:为提高进藏部队道路勘察效果,改善当前军用电子地图信息不全、代入感不强等弊端,以三维实景技术应用为切入点,分析了当前国内外研究现状,介绍了军事应用实现的关键技术及主要功能,提出了使用进藏公路三维实景地图来推动进藏部队摩托化机动训练和完成处置的方法,确保部队能够根据实时道路环境制订和开展有针对性的摩托化机动训练方案和相关处置预案,对提高训练效果有显著作用。In order to improve the reconnaissance effects of roads into Tibet for troops,and to overcome the disadvantages of the existing military electronic maps in the insufficiency of information, the weak sense of substitution and the like,and with the ap-plication of the 3-D real-scene technology as the penetration point, the present research situation both at home and abroad is an-alyzed in the paper,with the key techniques to realize its military application and their main functions introduced, and the meth-ods of promoting the motorized mobility training of the troops in Tibet with the help of the 3-D real-scene maps of roads in Ti-bet and the corresponding disposal plans put forwards which may help enable troops in Tibet to work out and carry out their tar- geted motorized mobility training schemes in the light of the real-time road surroundings and the corresponding disposal plans, and thus remarkably help improve the training effects.
