摘 要:在盆栽条件下研究了接种无菌PD培养液(ck)、单接种绿木霉(T43)、单接种褐环乳牛肝菌(N94)、复合接种褐环乳牛肝菌和绿木霉(N94+T43)4种处理樟子松,在立枯丝核菌胁迫下苗木生理生化指标动态变化及对立枯病的防治作用。结果表明:褐环乳牛肝菌与绿木霉复合接种可有效促进樟子松苗木生长及抗立枯病,复合接种樟子松苗木立枯病发病率仅为28%。立枯丝核菌胁迫下复合接种显著降低了樟子松苗木细胞电导率。立枯丝核菌胁迫下复合接种樟子松苗木SOD、CAT、POD活性均高于其他处理,SOD在第4天出现最大值,高于对照42.72%;POD和CAT在第5天出现最大值,分别高于对照49.41%,63.64%。立枯丝核菌胁迫下复合接种樟子松苗木可溶性蛋白和糖含量均高于其他处理,可溶性蛋白在第5天出现最大值,高于对照44.85%;可溶性糖在第4天出现最大值,高于对照31.91%。这说明复合接种褐环乳牛肝菌和绿木霉具有促进樟子松苗木生长和防治立枯病的作用。The effects of Suilus leutus and Trichoderma virens T43 inoculation on physiological and biochemical indexes and damping-off resistance of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica seedlings under pot condition were investigated. The treatments were single inoculation of Trichoderma virens T43 and Suilus leutus N94,and compound inoculation of Suilus leutus N94 and Trichoderma virens T43,and without inoculation( referred to ck),respectively. The results showed that: The N94+T43 inoculation had the greatest effects on seedling growth and damping-off resistance,and the incidence of damping-off was lowered to 28%. The N94 + T43 inoculation under Rhizoctonia solani stress could significantly reduce the electrical conductivity of cells and the SOD,CAT,and POD activities of the seedlings in the treatment of N94 +T43 inoculation under Rhizoctonia solani stress were higher than those of other treatments. The SOD activity reached the highest level on the fourth day,and com-pared to ck,the value was increased by 42. 72%. The POD and CAT activities reached the highest levels on the fifth day and compared to ck,the value was increased by 49. 41% and 63. 64%,respectively.The soluble protein and sugar content was higher than other treatments.The soluble protein content reached the highest level on the fifth day,and compared to ck,the value was increased by 44. 85%. The soluble sugar content reached the highest level on the fourth day,and compared to ck,the value was increased by 31. 91%. The results indicated that: the inoculation of N94 + T43 could promote seedling growth,and control seedling damping-off of Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica.
