摘  要:采用超声提取法,以超声时间、乙醇浓度、提取温度、料液比、超声功率5因素进行单因素提取试验,而后选择对中华散尾鬼笔粗提物提取率有显著影响的3因素进行响应面分析,优化出中华散尾鬼笔粗提物的最佳提取工艺。试验结果表明:在料液比1∶80、乙醇体积分数60%、超声时间80 min时,提取率最高,为31.21%;以舞毒蛾3龄幼虫为供试昆虫,用中华散尾鬼笔粗提物进行毒力测定,试验结果表明,中华散尾鬼笔粗提物对舞毒蛾3龄幼虫的校正死亡率为59.77%。Lysurus mokusin crude extract( LMCE) from Lysurus mokusin by ultrasonic method was used as an index in this test. The effects of different ultrasonic time,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio on extracting rate of LMCE were investigated by single factor experiment,then the three factors,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power and solid-liquid ratio,were chosen to determine the optimum process parameters in the response surface test. The results showed that under the conditions of 80 min of ultrasonic time,60% ethanol and 1 ∶ 80( g ∶ m L) of solid-liquid ratio,the extraction rate of LMCE was the highest( 31. 21%). The effects of LMCE on gypsy moth larvae were studied. The results showed that the adjusted mortality for the larvae of gypsy moth larvae was 59. 77%.
