摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)已成为严重影响老年人生活质量的慢性疾病。然而,OA的病因仍不清楚。目前,许多研究发现了OA和代谢综合征(Met S)之间的联系。脂质代谢异常是代谢综合征的重要组成部分,其在关节软骨下骨髓病变、滑膜炎症、软骨细胞的破坏等方面均起到了不可忽视的作用。因此对脂质代谢异常引起OA的相关机制的研究或许能成为OA防治的新方向。Osteoarthritis （OA） has become a chronic disease that seriously affects the life quality of the elderly. However, the etiology of OA remains unclear. At present, many studies have found the association between OA and meta- bolic syndrome （MetS）. Abnormal lipid metabolism is an important component of metabolic syndrome. It plays a role that cannot be ignored in the bone marrow lesions, synovial inflammation, and chondrocyte destruction of articular carti- lage. Thus, the study of the mechanism of abnormal lipid metabolism related OA may be a new direction for the preven- tion and treatment of OA.
