一流大学建设视域下高校档案工作的定位与功能浅探

摘　　要：档案工作是高校治理体系中的基础性、重要性工作，也是高校综合改革和一流大学建设过程中不可或缺的组成部分。在新的时代背景下，高校档案工作的职能拓展成为高校档案馆顺应时代发展趋势并寻求自我突破的必经之路。围绕高校中心工作，明确自身定位，保障功能发挥，创新工作模式，使档案工作真正服务于一流大学与一流学科建设是高校档案工作改革的重心，也是高校档案馆的应尽职责。Archives work is one foundational and important work in the university governance system and also an indispensable part in the process of university comprehensive reform and first-class university construction. Under the new era background, function expansion of the university archives work has become the necessary way for the university archives to adapt to the trend of era and seek to break through. Around the university center work, university archives should clear its own orientation？and make sure its function work well and innovate its work mode, then it can indeed serve the first-class university and first-class discipline construction. It＇s one core work of university archives work reform and also one affir- mative obligation of all university archives.
