摘　　要：对档案中介服务机构进行依法治理是规范其管理，维护国家档案质量、栽体与信息安全的重要方式。本文阐述档案中介服务机构依法治理的必要性，分析依法治理要素，针对存在问题提出依法治理对策。论文认为。档案中介服务机构已经成为我国档案管理的重要平台，将其纳入档案安全体系，对其进行依法治理，可维护国家档案资源的完整与安全。It is an important way to maintain the quality of archives, the carrier and the information security of the archives by administering theagency organ of archival serviceaccording to the law.This paper expounds the necessity of managing the agency organ of archival serviceaccording to law, analyzes how to govern them, and puts forward some countermeasures for the existing problems.The paper believes that the agency organ of archival servicehas become an important platform for archives management in China, and it should be incorporated into the archives security system, which can be managed according to law, so as to maintain the integrity and safety of the National Archives resources.
