摘　　要：近年研究表明生物制剂与免疫抑制剂联合应用治疗银屑病能减少生物制剂单独应用时抗体的产生,增加生物制剂的疗效。本文就生物制剂联合免疫抑制剂在治疗银屑病中的相互作用机制,临床疗效及安全性的研究进展进行了综述。It has been reported recently that biologics combined with immunosuppressor can reduce the production of antidrug antibodies and improve the efficacy of biologics. The update of the clinical efficacy,safety and mechanism of biologics combined with immunosuppressor in the treatment of patients with psoriasis are reviewed in this article.
