某电缆制造企业职业病危害现状评价

摘　　要：目的评价某电缆制造公司职业病危害现状。方法通过职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测检验等方法收集数据和资料,对该企业职业病危害现状进行评价。结果粉尘检测1个岗位时间加权平均(TWA)浓度超标,毒物检测岗位时间加权平均(TWA)浓度不超标,短时间接触浓度(STEL)不超标。噪声10个岗位8 h等效连续A声级超标。高温及紫外辐射检测岗位均未超标。结论该企业工作场所中职业病危害分类为严重,职业卫生状况基本达到国家卫生标准,其中大拉丝、小拉丝、炼胶、挤塑等岗位为关键控制岗位,大拉丝、小拉丝的噪声,炼胶岗位滑石粉,挤塑岗位氯化氢、氯乙烯、非甲烷总烃为关键控制点。Objective To investigate and evaluate of the occupational hazards of a cable manufacturing company,and find out the key control points of occupational disease prevention and control,put forward the corresponding control measures.Methods The occupational hazards were evaluated by means of occupational health survey and occupational health examination.Results Dust detection 1 post time weighted average（ TWA） concentration exceeded,toxic detection post time weighted average（ TWA） concentration was not exceeded,short exposure concentration（ STEL） was not exceeded. The noise of 10 jobs 8h equivalent continuous A levels exceed the standard.Conclusion Occupational hazards in the workplace are classified as serious,occupational health status has reached the national health standard,large and small wire drawing,wire drawing and extrusion rubber post as the key control position.
