巴彦淖尔市某屠宰企业职业病危害现状评价

摘　　要：目的评价巴彦淖尔市某屠宰企业存在的职业病危害现状,提出合理可行的职业病防护措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检查表法、职业病危害因素检测检验法对委托企业进行相关检测和评价。结果制冷车间油分离器旁、屠宰车间及高压清洗水枪3个工作岗位接触的噪声强度高于职业接触限值,其他有害因素均未超出职业接触限值;企业接触职业病危害人员职业健康体检率未达到100%;总体布局、设备布局、建筑卫生学和辅助用室、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护、防护设施及个人防护用品配备等方面基本符合国家标准的要求。结论该屠宰企业属于职业病危害"较重"企业,按提出的建议完成整改后,在确保职业病危害防护设施正常运行、个人防护措施和职业卫生管理制度落实到位的情况下,该屠宰企业职业卫生状况可以达标。Objective To evaluate the occupational hazards in a slaughtering enterprise in Bayannaoer city,and put forward a reasonable and feasible occupational disease prevention measures. Methods The combination methods of occupational hygiene investigation,checklist method,inspection and testing methods were applied for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The noise intensity level exceeded the occupational exposure limit of the oil separator in the refrigeration workshop,the slaughtering workshop and the high pressure cleaning water gun,and the other hazard factors were in line with the occupational exposure limits. The examination rate of the employees exposed to occupational diseases did not reach 100%. The overall layout,equipment layout,auxiliary room,occupational health management,occupational health monitoring,protective equipment and personal protective equipment were in line with the national health standards.Conclusion Occupational hazards in these slaughtering enterprises are classified as ＂ heavier＂. Occupational hygiene conditions could be up to standard in this slaughtering enterprises after remediation action under the condition of the normal operation of occupational hazard prevention,personal protection and occupational health management systems.
