摘  要:目的了解锦州市病媒生物种群、密度及季节消长规律,为制定病媒生物控制方案提供依据。方法科学设置监测点,采用灯诱法、诱蝇笼法、夹夜法、粘捕法分别对蚊、蝇、鼠和蟑螂进行监测。结果 2016年锦州市蚊虫密度为7.61只/(灯·h),8月份达到密度高峰,牲畜棚蚊虫密度最高,为20.29只/(灯·h),优势种为淡色库蚊,占82.80%;蝇类密度为18.65只/(笼·h),7月份达到密度高峰,餐饮外环境的蝇密度最高,为69.6只/(笼·h),优势种为丝光绿蝇,占46.71%;鼠密度为2.13%,季节消长在4月和10月有2个高峰,农村村内鼠密度最高,为3.69%,优势种为褐家鼠,占67.00%;蟑螂密度为0.12只/张,蟑螂侵害率为10.86%,6—7月达到密度高峰,农贸市场和餐饮环境密度较高,均为0.21只/张,种类全部为德国小蠊。结论锦州市病媒生物密度仍相对较高,今后应加大投入,加强宣传力度,将监测与防治紧密结合,采取最为有效的手段对病媒生物进行控制。Objective To understand the population,density and seasonal growth and decline of vectors in Jinzhou,and provide basis for vector control.Methods The monitoring sites were set up scientifically,and the mosquitoes,flies,rodents and cockroaches were monitored by means of light trap,trap method,night trapping method and sticky trap method.Results The average density of mosquitoes was 7.61 insects per lamp per hour,peaked in August.The highest mosquito density was 20.29 insects per lamp per hour,happened in the barn.The dominant specie was Culex pipiens pallens accounting for 82.80%.The average density of flies was about 18.65 insects per cage in an hour,peaked in July.The highest density of flies was 69.6 insects per cage per hour,happened in the catering environment.The dominant specie was Lucilia sericata accounting for 46.71%.The average density of rodents was 2.13%,peaked in April and October.The dominant specie was Rattus norvegicus accounting for 67%.The density of cockroaches was0.12 insects per sheet,and the infestation rate was 10.86%,and reached the peak in June and July.The highest density of cockroaches was 0.12 insects per sheet,happened in the farmer's market and catering environment,all of the captured cockroaches were Blattella germanica.Conclusion The vectors biological density of Jinzhou were relatively high.It is necessary to take integrated pest management strategy to control vectors.
