摘　　要：随着旅游业的发展,跨境旅行成为传染病传播的桥梁。新世纪以来严重急性呼吸综合征、人感染高致病性禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、中东呼吸综合征、埃博拉出血热、寨卡病毒病等疫情通过旅行者在全球快速蔓延。旅行医学是一门专业性极强的学科,而我国起步较晚。本文通过明确旅行医学服务对象,分析优势和不足,为我国旅行医学发展指明方向。With the development of tourism,international travel has become one route of transmission for infectious disease.Epidemics such as severe acute respiratory syndrome,influenza A（H5N1）,influenza A（H1N1）,middle east respiratory syndrome,ebola virus disease,zika virus disease spread rapidly through the travelers in the new century.Science of travel medicine is a highly specialized discipline,developed relatively late in China.This paper aimed to provide a direction for the development of travel medicine in China by defining the medical service objects and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages.
