摘  要:目的探讨脑电双频指数(BIS)反馈调控靶控输注静脉麻醉的优势。方法收集昌图县第二医院2014—2017年收治的恶性肿瘤手术患者131例,随机分为观察组66例和对照组65例。对照组单纯采用异丙酚泵控麻醉;观察组采用BIS反馈调控靶控输注静脉麻醉,比较两组血流动力学指标、异丙酚用量、麻醉诱导时间和苏醒时间。结果两组患者术前平均动脉压和心率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);术中和波动值差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。两组患者异丙酚用量、诱导时间、苏醒时间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论BIS反馈调控靶控输注静脉麻醉血流动力学平稳,麻醉药用量小,术后苏醒较快。Objective The aim of the study was to investigate the advantage of target controlled infusion diprivan with bispectral index feedback control in intravenous anesthesia. Methods A total of 131 patients with malignant tumor were collected in the second Hospital of Changtu from 2014 to 2017. All patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=66) and control group (n=65). The patients in observation group were treated with target controlled infusion diprivan with bispectral index feedback control in intravenous anesthesia, while patients in control group only received simple anesthesia controlled by diprivan pump. The hemodynamics index, diprivan volume, anesthesia induction time, and awaking time were compared between two groups. Results There were no difference in average arterial pressure and heart rate before operation between two groups (P〉0.05), while intraoperative indexs and the fluctuations were significantly different between two groups (P〈0.05). Moreover, diprivan volume, anesthesia induction time, and awaking time were significantly different between two groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion The bispeetral index feedback control in intravenous anesthesia has the characteristics of stable hemodynamics, small anesthetic dosage, and fast post-operation awaking.
