出院后电话随访对腰椎间盘突出应用Wallis弹性内固定术后患者康复效果的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症应用Wallis弹性内固定术后电话随访对患者康复效果的影响。方法对该院75例腰椎间盘突出应用Wallis弹性内固定的患者进行术后3个月及术后6个月的电话随访，比较患者术前、术后3个月、术后6个月JOA评分、ODI评分、腰背痛VAS评分和下肢痛VAS评分，比较患者术前、术后3个月、术后6个月功能锻炼准确率、依从率和患者满意率。结果术后3个月及术后6个月随访时，腰背痛VAS评分、下肢痛VAS评分、JOA评分及ODI评分与术前比较，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。术后3个月、术后6个月患者功能锻炼准确率、依从率和患者满意率均高于术前，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论电话随访可以改善患者症状，提高患者康复训练的准确率和依从性，提高患者满意度，值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss about the influence of post-discharge telephone follow-up on rehabilitation effect of lumbar disc herniation with the application of Wallis elastic internal fixation for postoperative patients. Methods Postoperative 3-month and postoperative 6-month telephone follow-ups were conducted to 75 cases of lumbar disc herniation with the application of Wallis elastic internal fixation. The preoperative and postoperative 3-month, post- operative 6-month JOA score and ODI score, lumbago and backache VAS score and lower limb pain VAS score of patients were compared. In addition, preoperative, postoperative 3-month, postoperative 6-month functional exercise accuracy rate, compliance rate and satisfaction rate of patients were compared. Results After 3 months and 6 months after surger- y, the VAS score, lower limb pain VAS score, JOA score and ODI score were statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. The accuracy rate, compliance rate and patient satisfaction rate of the patients after 3 months and 6 months after surgery were higher than those before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Telephone fol- low-up can help improve the symptoms of patients, improve accuracy rate and compliance rate of rehabilitation training, improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worth having clinical popularization and application.
