摘　　要：目的 探讨Orem自理模式在自然分娩产妇护理中的应用效果.方法 将188例自然分娩的初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组各94例,观察组采用Orem自理模式进行护理,对照组采用常规护理.分别于产后采用自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）、症状自评量表（SCL-90）、汉密顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HA-MA）和汉密顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD）比较两组护理效果,并采用调查问卷的方式对两组产妇的住院时间、母亲角色转换、并发症发生率及患者满意度进行统计及比较.结果 观察组ESCA评分明显高于对照组,SCL-90、HAMA、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,母亲角色转换快于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,产妇满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 Orem自理模式应用于自然分娩产妇护理中,可明显提高产妇自护能力,使其快速地转换为母亲角色,提高产妇对孩子和自身的护理意识,提升护理质量及产妇满意度.Objective To explore the effect of Orem self-care model in the nursing of natural child-birth. Methods A total of 188 natural parturients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 94 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Orem self-care mode, and the control group was given rou-tine nursing. The nursing effect of the two groups was compared by the Self-Assessment Scale and Symptom Self-Rating Scale, Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale respectively after production. The hospitalization time, role reversal, complication rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were calculated and compared by question-naire. Results The ESCA score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The scores of SCL-90, HAMA and HAMD of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . The duration of hospitalization of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the mother＇s role conversion of the observation group was faster than that of the control group. The incidence of complications of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the maternal satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusions Orem self-care mode applied in the natural birth maternal care can sig-nificantly improve maternal self-nursing ability, make the maternal role-change taken quickly, enhance the awareness for children and their own, improve the quality of care and maternal satisfaction.
