四位一体疼痛目标管理法在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨四位一体疼痛目标管理法在带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者中的应用效果.方法 该科2016年1月开始采用四位一体目标管理法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施护理,选择实施前（2015年7～12月）和实施后（2016年1～6月）该科收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者各47例作为研究对象,实施前后病例组分别设为对照组和实验组,对两组干预后的各相关观察指标进行比较.结果 实验组患者干预后的疼痛控制有效率和疼痛控制满意度评分均显著高于对照组,生活质量评分则显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）.结论 采用四位一体目标管理法对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者实施疼痛护理,能够显著提高其疼痛控制效果、满意度及生活质量. Objective To explore the application effect of four-in-one pain management in patients with postherpetic neuralgia. Methods Since January 2016 , our department has adopted the four-in-one target management method to carry out nursing care for patients with neuralgia after herpes zoster. 47 patients before the implementation （ from July to December 2015 ） were taken as the control group and another 47 patients after the implementation （ from January to June 2016） were taken as the experimental group. The various relative indexs of the two groups after imple-mentation were compared. Results After intervention, the score of pain-control rate and satisfaction on pain-control of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the score of quality of life was sig-nificantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05） . Conclusions Four-in-one pain management for patients with postherpetic neuralgia can significantly improve the pain -control effect, satisfaction on pain-control and their quality of life.
