摘 要:目的 探讨健康教育对分离性障碍患儿家属的干预效果.方法 将90例分离性障碍患儿家属随机分为研究组和对照组,对照组接受常规健康教育4周,研究组在常规护理基础上给予有针对性的健康教育.在干预前后进行父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价,患儿出院1年后随访疾病复发情况.结果 干预后,研究组的EMBU各因子评分均显著优于干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05).研究组和对照组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05).研究组的SAS、SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.05).在随访1年后,研究组患儿疾病的复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论 健康教育可有效改善分离性障碍患儿家属的养育方式,减轻家属的焦虑抑郁情绪,降低患儿的疾病复发率.Objective To explore the efficacy of health education to intervene the parenting style, anxiety and depression in the family of children with dissociative disorder. Methods The families of 90 children with separation dis-order were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The control group received 4 weeks ' routine health education. The study group was given targeted health education on the basis of the routine care. Egna Minnen Barndoms Uppfostra ( EMBU ) , Self-rating Anxiety Scale ( SAS ) and Self-rating Depression Scale ( SDS ) were as-sessed before and after the intervention. One year after discharge, the follow-up visit was made for the possibility of dis-ease recurrence. Results After invention, the EMBU factors of the study group were significantly better than those be-fore intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). The scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were significantly lower than those before invention, and the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0. 05) . After one year of follow-up, the recurrence rate of the disease of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P〈0. 05 ) . Conclusions Health education can effectively improve the parenting ways, anxiety, depression of the family members of children with dissociative dis-order and reduce the rates of disease recurrence of the children with dissociative disorder.
