回授式肺康复指导在肺癌术后化疗患者健康教育中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨回授式肺康复指导对肺癌术后化疗患者自我效能感和癌因性疲乏的影响,为制订有效的干预措施提供依据.方法 采用方便抽样的方法,选取2015年10月—2016年9月哈尔滨市某肿瘤医院胸外科肺癌术后化疗患者138例,根据病区随机分为对照组和干预组,每组69例.对照组采用常规护理方法,干预组在常规护理基础上采用回授式肺康复指导干预.干预前后运用自我管理效能感量表和癌因性疲乏量表进行测量,比较两组干预效果.结果 接受回授式肺康复指导干预后,干预组患者自我效能感总分为（101.99±21.15）分,高于对照组的（85.95±18.38）分,差异有统计学意义（t=5.349,P〈0.05）;干预组患者癌因性疲乏总分（4.80±1.13）分,低于对照组的（5.49±1.49）分,差异有统计学意义（t=3.079,P〈0.05）.结论 回授式肺康复指导可以提高肺癌术后化疗患者的健康教育质量,改善患者的自我效能感和癌因性疲乏,值得临床推广.Objective To explore the effect of feedback type lung rehabilitation guidance on the self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue in post-operative lung caner chemotherapy patients,and to provide basis for effective intervention measures.Methods A total of 138 post-operative lung caner chemotherapy patients who were treated in thoracic surgery department of Harbin Lung Cancer Hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected by convenient sampling method,and divided into control group and intervention group randomly,with 69 cases in each. Routine nursing care was given to both groups. On the basis of that,feedback type lung rehabilitation guidance was given to the intervention group. Strategies used by people to promote health （SUPPH） and Piper fatigue scale （PFS） were used before and after intervention to compare the intervention group. Results The total score of patients′ self-efficacy in intervention group was （101.99±21.15）,higher than the control effect （85.95±18.38）, with statistical significance （t=5.349,P〈0.05）. The score of cancer-related fatigue was （4.80±1.13）,lower than the control group （5.49±1.49）, with statistical significance （t=3.079,P〈 0.05）.Conclusions Feedback type lung rehabilitation guidance can improve the quality of health education for chemotherapy patients after lung cancer surgery,and improve patients′ self-efficacy and cancer-related fatigue, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
