中国武术“以屈求伸”之身道及其意象表达

摘　　要：中国武术文化精神决定了其以思考与实践美好的生命之道为根本旨趣,对其内蕴的思想理念进行阐释与表达具有提供精神支撑与生存智慧的现实意义。研究指出:中国哲学视域中的屈伸相感触类旁通地体现在阴阳两极之间,体现了一种具有交互、生生以及变化意义的生命辩证法。反观中国武术中的"以屈求伸",可以从"水"的意象、"龙"的意象、"弓"的意象、"势"的意象中得以完美演绎与表达,它以一种"显微无间"的方式贯穿于中国武术的技法演练之中,充满了身体之美。这种身体的"以屈求伸",从形象来看充满了力量,彰显了一种中国式的实践智慧;从精神维度来看,更是开显了一种"生存智慧"的文化建构,从而再次揭橥了中国武术是文、质兼摄的身体符号系统,为我们彰显中国智慧提供了可资借鉴的思想资源。The culture spirit of Chinese Wushu determines that its basic purpose is to think about and practice the principles of beautiful life,whose practical significance will provide spiritual support and survival wisdom,especially in the way that it explains and expresses the ideological concept of its connotation. From the perspective of Body＇Tao theory,taking the cultural concept of＂Bend for Stretch＂as the starting point,based on the method of phenomenology and hermeneutics,the study points out that the bend and stretch in the perspective of Chinese philosophy are embodied between Yin and Yang,including the dialectics of life with interaction,birth and change. On the contrary,＂Bend for Stretch＂in Chinese Wushu can be interpreted and expressed perfectly from the image of＂water ＂,the image of＂dragon＂,the image of＂ bow＂,and the image of＂shi＂. It expresses the beauty of our body perfectly through the technique practice of Chinese Wushu. The＂Bend for Stretch＂in the body is full of strength,which highlights a Chinese practical wisdom from the image. From the spiritual dimension,it is an cultural construction of＂survival wisdom＂. Finally,it is revealed that Chinese Wushu is a body symbol system and provides the ideological resources for us to express the Chinese wisdom.
