提高2×360 m^2烧结机碱度一级品率生产实践

摘　　要：通过对烧结生产工艺过程中的各种参数进行分析,找出制约新钢2×360 m^2烧结机碱度一级品率的因素,采取加强原燃料管理、改进设备和工艺条件等措施后,烧结矿碱度一级品率提高了4.12%,固体燃耗下降0.32 kg/t。The factors for restricting ratio of first-grade abasicity are found for 2 x 360 m^2 sinter based on the analysis on various parameters in the process of sintering production. The measurements like to strengthen the original fuel management,improve equipments and process conditions are taken. And the ratio of first-grade abasicity are increased by 4. 12% and solid fuel consumption reduces 0. 32 kg/t.
