摘　　要：目的了解成都高校学生男男性行为者（MSM）找寻性伴侣的方式及使用MSM交友软件的现状及特点,探讨影响其使用交友软件寻找性伴侣的因素,为高校艾滋病防控工作提供新思路。方法采用立意抽样法及同伴推动抽样方法（RDS法）,对成都高校204名寻找过性伴的学生MSM进行问卷调查,采用Pearsonχ2检验及非条件Logistic回归模型分析数据。结果 204名调查对象平均年龄（20.69±0.24）岁,69.6%主要通过交友软件寻找性伴侣。MSM交友软件使用率前3位的为Blued（79.4%）、Aloha（41.2%）、Zank（23.0%）。最近1个月高危性行为发生率为18.1%,最近1年艾滋病病毒（HIV）检测率为42.2%。经Logistic回归,进入模型的是年龄在18~20岁的学生MSM、使用Blued交友、知晓学校疫情通报制度、最近1年接受过HIV检测、选择检测方式时会考虑费用等因素。结论交友软件尤其是MSM交友软件已成为学生MSM找寻性伴侣的主要方式,学校艾滋病防控工作可结合使用率较高的MSM交友软件对学生MSM进行有针对性的行为干预。Objective To understand the present situation of Chengdu university MSM students in search of sexual partners by using MSM dating software and explore the influencing factors so as to provide suggestions for AIDS prevention and control.Methods Purposive sampling and respondent-driven sampling（RDS）were used in this study,with one-to-one survey of 204 university MSM students who found sexual partners in Chengdu.Pearson χ~2 test and non-conditional logistic regression analysis were used to know the influencing factors of the population by using MSM dating software.Results The average age of the respondents was 20.69 ＋ 0.24 years,and 69.6% of them used dating software to find sexual partners.The first three MSM dating software they used was Blued（79.4%）,Aloha（41.2%）,and Zank（23%）.Among them,18.1% had high-risk sexual behavior in the last month and the HIV testing rate was 42.2%last year.Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors included MSM students aged between 18-20 years,Blued users,awareness of the school HIV epidemic notification system,those receiving HIV testing last year and considering the cost when choosing the ways of HIV tests.Conclusion Dating software especially MSM dating software has become the main way of university MSM students looking for sexual partners.It should be also used for high-risk sexual behavior intervention,and HIV testing promotion to prevent AIDS spreading among MSM students.
