摘　　要：目的:了解益气活血化痰法治疗卒中后医院获得性肺炎的研究现状,为治疗卒中后医院获得性肺炎提供新思路。方法:从卒中后医院获得性肺炎的病因病机、益气活血化痰法治疗卒中后医院获得性肺炎的作用机制方面进行综述。结果:益气活血化痰法能多环节干预卒中后医院获得性肺炎的进程,降低炎症水平,缓解临床症状,降低肺水肿发生率,有利于降低病死率,提高患者生存质量。结论:益气活血化痰法治疗卒中后医院获得性肺炎具有较多优势和较高的临床科研价值。Objective： To understand the current status of the research on the treatment of acquired pneumonia after stroke by Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method, providing a new way to treat the acquired pneumonia after stroke. Methods：In this paper, the mechanism of the pathogenesis of hospital acquired pneumonia after stroke and the mechanism of treating the hospital acquired pneumonia after stroke by Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method were summarized. Results： Yiqi Huoxue Huatan method can multi-link intervene the process of hospital acquired pneumonia after stroke, lower levels of inflammation, relieve the clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of pulmonary edema, is beneficial to reduce the case fatality rate, improve patient quality of life. Conclusion： It has many advantages and high clinical research value in treating the hospital acquired pneumonia after stroke.
