摘　　要：辛开苦降法是指辛味药与苦味药并用,以达到恢复脾胃升降、寒热平调的作用,是治疗脾胃升降失常而致寒热错杂病证的治疗法则,广泛用于多种脾胃系统疾病的治疗。从辛开苦降法的学术源流脾胃病的立法依据及应用要点等方面阐明辛开苦降法的临床应用价值。Xinkai Kujiang method refer to the combination of bitter and pungent medicine, in order to achieve the role of resumption of spleen and stomach, cold and heat balance is the treatment of spleen and stomach disorders caused by misdiagnosis syndrome, is widely used in a variety of spleen and stomach diseases treatment. From Xinkai Kujiang method of academic origin and treatment of spleen and stomach, the legal basis for the application and other aspects of Xinkai Kujiang method and the clinical value.
