补肺肾调水气加运动治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察比较补肺肾调水气结合运动疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变和益气活血通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效,并对肺肾水气与糖尿病周围神经病变中的血瘀关系初步探讨。方法:将符合标准的80例DPN病人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服生髓益肺通络方、同时加用运动疗法,对照组口服血府逐瘀汤加黄芪、丝瓜络、威灵仙等、不用运动疗法。重点观察2组患者的痛觉、中医临床症状等指标治疗前后的变化。结果:治疗组在改变患者肢体疼痛麻木等症状的效果好于对照组,治疗组的总有效率81.82%,对照组的总有效率70.97℅,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肺肾调水气结合运动疗法可明显改善DPN患者的临床症状,肾髓、肺气亏虚,水气不调是血瘀的根源之一。Objective： To observe and compare the clinical effects of regulating and nourishing the lung and kidney and edema combine with sports therapy in treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the relationship between blood stasis preliminary study. Methods： Eighty patients with DPN who met the criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given oral Tongyu Yifei Tongluo recipe and exercise therapy. The control group was given Xuefu Zhuyu decoction plus Astragalus, loofah, Clematis, etc without exercise therapy. 2 groups of patients with pain, clinical symptoms and other indicators of changes before and after treatment was observed. Results： The treatment group was better than the control group in changing the pain and numbness of the limbs. The total effective rate was 81.82% in the treatment group and 70.97% in the control group. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion： Regulating and nourishing the lung and kidney and edema combine with sports therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DPN patients, kidney, lung Qi deficiency, asthma is one of the causes of blood stasis.
