摘　　要：近些年来,国家大力提倡"大众创业、万众创新"号召。全国地方高校依托校园的区位优势和资源优势,大多成立校园创业孵化基地,为大学生创业提供便利条件,要想提升在校大学生创业团队创造力和竞争力必须先提高在校大学生创业团队的凝聚力。本文旨在通过对创业的大学生进行问卷调查,分析影响大学生创业团队凝聚力的主观因素和客观因素。并据此提供提升大学生创业团队凝聚力的几点策略。Entrepreneurship and innovation are vigorously promoted in recent years. Local universities become the major force. To provide conveniences for college students and enhance university students entrepreneurial team creativity and competitiveness, students entrepreneurial team cohesion needs improvement. This article presents some factors influencing students entrepreneurial team cohesion based on the questionnaire survey, and provides some strategies to improve students entrepreneurial team cohesion.
