摘 要:辽河油田在杜84块开展直井-水平井组合蒸汽辅助重力泄油(SAGD)先导试验取得成功。SAGD技术正在由巨厚层向中厚层、薄层油藏,双水平井组合推广。以曙一区杜84块兴Ⅵ组先导试验区油藏和流体参数为基础,采用高温高压三维比例物理模拟系统模型来描述超稠油油藏蒸汽吞吐后转蒸汽辅助重力泄油的开发过程,并对双水平井组合SAGD实验过程中蒸汽腔变化进行监测分析,根据蒸汽腔发育特征将蒸汽腔的形成和发育过程分为汽腔上升、汽腔扩展和汽腔下降3个阶段,同时结合温场发育状况及产油量、含水率等生产实验数据,将双水平井组合SAGD生产阶段划分为吞吐预热阶段、汽腔上升阶段、汽腔扩展阶段和汽腔下降阶段。物理模拟双水平井组合SAGD实验表明,最终注入倍数为3.0时,阶段采出程度可以达到60.23%,物理模型平均剩余油饱和度为17.54%。Pilot test of SAGD(steam assistance gravity drive) by the combination of vertical well and horizontal well was carried out in Du84 Block of Liaohe Oilfield,and achieved great success.The SAGD technology is developing from super-thick reservoirs to mid-thick and thin reservoirs by the combination of double horizontal wells.Based on reservoir and fluid parameters of pilot test area in Xing Ⅵ Formation of Du84 Block in Shu1 area,high-temperature and high-pressure 3 D scaled physical model was applied to describing the development process of SAGD after steam stimulation in the super heavy oil reservoir.The steam chamber change in the process of SAGD in the double horizontal wells was monitored and analyzed.According to the development characteristics of the steam chamber,the process of formation and development of the steam chamber may be divided into rise,expansion and fall three periods.Combined with development status of tem-perature field and production and experiment data of oil production,water cut and so on,the production stage of SAGD in double horizontal wells may be classified to the stages of stimulation preheating,steam chamber rise,steam chamber expansion and steam chamber fall.Physical simulation of SAGD in double horizontal wells shows that staged recovery percent may be up to 60.23% when the ultimate pore volume is 3.0,and average remaining oil saturation of the physical model is 17.54%.
