长效曲普瑞林对CA125升高患者IVF预处理的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨血清CA125升高的患者使用长效曲普瑞林预处理对IVF助孕结局的影响。方法回顾性研究2015年1月至2016年6月接受IVF助孕,CA125升高患者共226例,短效曲普瑞林降调节组为对照组(n=102),长效曲普瑞林预处理组为研究组(n=124)。结果研究组启动日血清CA125值较对照组低(P<0.05),临床妊娠率、活产率较对照组组高(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。早期流产率、宫外孕率、多胎率、胎儿畸形率两组无统计学差异。结论长效曲普瑞林预处理可以降低血清CA125值,提高临床妊娠率及活产率。Objective To investigate the effect of long-acting Triptorelin on the outcome of IVF pregnancy in patients with elevated serum CA125. Methods A retrospective study of 226 patients with elevated CA125 who received IVF pregnancy from January 2015 to June 2016. The short-acting Triptorelin controling group as the control group（ n = 102 ）, and the long-acting Triptorelin preconditioning group as the study group（ n = 124）. Results On the start day, the serum CAl25 level of the study group was lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, the clinical pregnancy rate and the live birth rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the differences were statistically significant. Early abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate ,fetal malformation rate of two groups had no statistical difference. Conclusion The pretreatment of long acting prserlin can reduce the CA125 value in the serum and improve the clinical pregnancy rate and the survival rate.
