摘 要:为验证自主研发的折叠式智能棉花精量播种机可对折机架设计的合理性,对机架进行静强度校核及模态振动分析。利用Solidwork建立机架的三维模型,通过静强度分析分析得到应力特性,进行强度校核。进行模态分析得到机架前5阶振型的固有频率、振型等特征,并将模态分析结果与外激频率进行对比。结果表明:可对折机架前后联接板受力方向相反,最大应力小于材料强度。机架与拖拉机固有频率无重叠区间且避开外激频率,不会发生共振现象。田间试验验证了机架具有足够强度,播种施肥性能达到国家标准。In order to verify the reasonableness of the design of folding machine frame for the self-developed folding intelligent cotton sowing machine,the static strength check and modal vibration analysis of the frame are carried out.The three-dimensional model of the frame was built based on Solidwork,the stress characteristics were obtained through stress analysis.The natural frequency and vibration direction of the front 5 vibration modes of the frame were obtained by modal analysis and the modal analysis results are compared with the external excitation frequency.The results showed that the maximum stress was less than the static strength of the material,the force direction of the front with the back plates of the folding frame was reversed.The inherent frequency of the rack and tractor did not overlap and avoid the external excitation frequency to avoid the resonance phenomenon.The field test proved that the frame had enough strength,and the performance of sowing and fertilizing reached the national standard.
