摘 要:过去对蔬菜切割器的研究主要集中在刀速、速比、刀片参数上,忽略考虑振动对切割器的影响。为分析研究蔬菜刀片的振动特性,分析中部驱动弧形蔬菜切割器的工作原理以及振动对收获质量的影响,通过有限元分析软件MSC Nastran对刀片进行自由模态分析,得出其前16阶模态,其中前四阶振动主频率分别为8.41、23.44、45.86、76.45Hz,前两阶处于切割器的外部激励频率范围(25~35Hz)内。通过对刀片进行拓扑结构优化,使刀片前三阶主频分别到达42.86、49.12、58.36Hz,避开外部的激励频率。In the past,researches had been done on Stem-like vegetable harvester,such as the research about velocity,ratio,size parameter of blade,with no consideration of vibration.To study the vibration properties of the blade,the working principle of cutter and the effect on quality of harvested vegetable of vibration were analyzed first,and then the free mode of blade were obtained based on Nastran.The first 16 modes of blade were obtained,denoting that the first four principle frequencies are 8.40,23.40,45.77,76.34 Hz,and first two of which belongs to the range of cutter's driving frequency.After topology optimization,the first three vibration frequency increased to 42.86,49.12,58.36 respectively,avoiding from external excitation frequency.
