摘　　要：简述湖北兴瑞化工有限公司氯碱装置第1期液氯生产及储存系统的生产工艺。针对运行中出现的问题——液下泵经常空转,液氯出口管道没有阀门断开,液化器抽空难度大,2台液下泵故障时液氯不能外送——提出相应的改进措施。The production process of first phase of chlorine production and storage system in chlor - alkali plant of Hubei Xingrui Chemical Co. , Ltd. is briefly described. Many problems occurred during operation： the liquid pump often idled, there was not a shut off valve at the liquid chlorine outlet pipe, the liquefier was difficult to be pumped out completely, and the liquid chlorine could not be sent out when 2 submerged pumps failed. Corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
